I am sorry that ABC is not satisfied with your packaging. When ABCreceives the goods, they look like photo 1 (see attachment). There are already some scrapes on the gears.
ABC hopes you can improve your packaging like photo 2 (see attachment) or at least stuff the space in the box/carton full with cushion packaging materials and make sure the gears will not move during the transportation. Thank you for your cooperation!
